She has been with Rendezvous since its start and has worked in the 207 East Bayou Rd. building for over 12 years. Her love for cooking a variety of foods and serving people has drawn her to this role. Whether you want some creamy bread pudding for dessert or the Cajun classic red beans and rice, Geraldine’s cooking always adds that homemade, southern touch.

Colette began her journey with Rendezvous as a caterer before joining the team as office manager. From managing weddings and office parties to keeping up with the day-to-day tasks of owning a business, Colette is there to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her favorite part of this job is meeting new people and interacting with everyone that comes to Rendezvous.
